If there currently is no machine available … Not a problem! Enter our virtual waiting queue and save your spot in line to automatically getting the next machine when it becomes available! We will notify you as soon as your appliance is waiting for you. Cashless payment No more collecting special coins or buying tokens! With WeWash, you can pay for your washing and drying conveniently directly via the app. Keep track of the costs with our simple, GDPR compliant and easy to understand invoicing. App is crashed. Doesn't open in any of my phones.
This app takes a simple transaction and turns it into a multi-step ordeal. Make account, give permissions, verify email, add credit card, locate washroom, etc etc. I went through the whole process and then my washroom wasn't even showing up on the map so I had to go to a nearby laundry that accepted good old fashioned coins in a slot.
Location finder is awful and some location of wash mashines in nearby buildings are group at same spot on map with same and wrong name of the street.
Faulty and impractical
Too expensive. 2,40€ for one wash cycle. In my previous apartment I could wash almost 5 times with that money.. Also, please don't delete valid criticism. My review has been deleted three times now..
The app is good but could do with an update, when I reserve a machine it sometimes still has someone's laundry in it, be better if there was an option in the app to make you aware that you can't use that machine yet until someone empties they're laundry out.
The timing of the selected program never corresponds to the real time, sometimes the laubdry takes more than hour longer than the program set up on the machine. That means that you have to wrap half day arround the laundry because it's not possible to calculate the time to pick up your laubdry. If you miss the timing your laundry might get spread over the floor by other tenants who book the machine right after your laundry is ready, in ase you don't collect your laundry within 10 min

A drier malfunctioned and I had to redo the whole laundry + drier cycle. I emailed support and they requested I explain again the issue, and if it's valid they'll refund me. Great example of technology making life complicated. A normal hotel would handle it all in a minute, now I need to spend extra time corresponding with incompetent staff.
